VILLA MALET

Set less than half a mile from Place Du Casino in Monte-Carlo, Monaco, Villa Malet offers a luxury residence with views over the ocean like no other. With living quarters spreading over three compounds, including 8 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms and 3 kitchens, Villa Malet presents itself as the ultimate in luxurious Riviera living.

The People Agency were instructed by the owner of Villa Malet to create a brand around the property, helping push a private, off-market sale – which we achieved within a matter of months. Our team flew out to Malet and completed a comprehensive content capture process, including videography and photography, before using the assets to create a bespoke brand and website for the listing to be used as a client conversion point.

Our first point of call with the Villa Malet project was to visit the residence with our expert content team to capture it’s luxury essence that we could then use to build a showstopping website that resonated with UHNW individuals across the globe upon discovery.
We analysed hundreds of luxury brands across real estate as part of our research phase, eventually designing a bespoke website that put aesthetics at the forefront, fully showcasing the mesmerising luxury of Villa Malet for all audiences.
By the time we finished up, Villa Malet had a classic yet contemporary brand and website, driven by exceptional videography and photography that announced Villa Malet to potential buyers in the best way possible.
